Be filled with God’s Spirit – Answer His Call To Priesthood (Vocations)
The tongues of fire separated; one of them rested on each one of them” (Acts 2:3).
Each of the Apostles had been given a new Spirit and a new heart (cf. Ez 36:26f; cf. Jn 7:37-39).
Tongues of fire burned away all doubts and fears from their hearts to fill them with joy
and to give them the gifts of the Lord’s Holy Spirit: “love, joy, peace,
patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self control” (Gal 5:22).
Like the Apostles, allow God’s Holy Spirit to give you a new heart in your vocation.
Become the Lord’s priest who speaks the language of God for others.
Be inflamed with Christ. Become His priest.
